Offset Energy LLC
Website Terms
Effective September 10, 2026
These terms apply to the Offset Energy LLC website and assessment-request experience operated by Offset Energy LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit information.
Assessment-request service
The site collects information to evaluate basic eligibility, prepare follow-up, and connect a homeowner with an assigned solar representative. The website itself does not install solar or battery systems, provide utility service, act as a government program, or create a binding sales agreement.
No online quote or guarantee
Information on this site is general. The assessment is not a quote, system design, financing offer, guarantee of savings, guarantee of eligibility, or recommendation to purchase. Actual products, designs, prices, payment plans, savings, and availability depend on the home, utility usage, provider requirements, inspection, credit or underwriting where applicable, and the final agreement presented by the solar representative.
Eligibility and accurate information
Southern California homeowners may request an assessment. Service area, address, utility and applicable program eligibility must be confirmed before a visit is arranged. You agree to provide accurate contact, property, and eligibility information and to submit information only for a home you are authorized to discuss.
Communications
By selecting “Request my assessment” beneath the request disclosure, you request calls, texts and/or emails from Offset Energy and an assigned solar representative about your assessment request and scheduling. Submitting creates no obligation to purchase. The final priorities step has one optional choice covering future solar, battery, home-energy, internet, mobile phone and TV updates by call, email or automated marketing text. Telecom follow-up waits until your solar decision is settled. The separate telecom-only interest form retains its own choices. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the assessment request and messaging programs. For more information about data practices and SMS opt-in records, read our Privacy Policy.
Optional telecom interest
The optional future-updates checkbox records interest in possible future internet, mobile-phone, TV, and related telecommunications follow-up. It is not an availability check, product offer, promise of savings, or promise that service will be available. Telecom follow-up is not currently active.
Utility-bill documents
Have your latest electric bill ready for the representative to collect at the home assessment. It supports the design and proposal for a separate return appointment. No bill upload or bill sharing is required to submit this form or take the first call. If a copy is shared electronically, use the agreed service channel.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit another person’s information without authority, interfere with the service, or use automated methods to create false or excessive requests.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or its features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by a new effective date.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Offset Energy LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
