01

Confirm the home

Tell us where the home is, who provides electricity, and the approximate monthly bill.

02

Talk with a real person

During staffed hours, we aim to call quickly, confirm the details, and schedule the assessment with you.

03

Your home assessment

Your state-registered consultant looks at the home, roof and main panel, discusses your priorities, and collects your recent electric bill. This initial visit usually takes under 10 minutes.

04

Review your proposal

After the design and proposal are prepared, your consultant returns to explain the options and program eligibilities. You have no obligation to purchase.

Common questions

Know what happens next.

Is the online assessment a solar quote?

No. It is an assessment request that helps us confirm the home and understand your priorities. A proposal requires additional home, utility, and system information.

Why do we ask for a recent electric bill?

It gives the representative usage information for your home. Have your most recent bill ready for your consultant to collect at the home assessment. It helps them prepare the design and proposal for your return appointment. This form does not produce a system design.

What happens after I submit?

During staffed hours, our target is a quick phone call to confirm the request, ask any remaining questions, and arrange an in-person solar and battery assessment. Your consultant reviews the home and collects your bill, then arranges a return appointment to review a proposal once it is ready.

Can we discuss a power purchase agreement?

Yes. If a power purchase agreement (PPA) interests you, tell the representative so they can discuss suitability, eligibility and actual terms. This request is not a financing application or an offer of a specific payment plan.

Who can use this solar assessment?

Southern California homeowners, including San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties, can request a review. We confirm your address, provider, service area and applicable program eligibility before arranging an assessment. Choosing another provider does not automatically rule you out.
